If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the time of purchase to exchange or request a refund. To proceed with an exchange please place a new order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in sellable condition when they arrive. Your boots must include the original unmarked Garmont Shoe Box. Please include a copy of your packing slip when you return any product.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect and notify you if there is any problem with the product. If the returned product is in sellable condition, we will proceed with our refund process and notify you by email accordingly. The refund credit will be processed back to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5 days after arrival to our warehouse.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
